Ufindus have for many months been working with trading standards to help us make our terms and conditions completely transparent. There have been quite a few minor changes that have been made as well as a few major ones, and over the coming months once we will be able to complete the full revision of our terms and conditions as the last of the major system changes are implemented. 
Some of the areas where we have come in for criticism in the past have been centered around the cancellation and renewals process. I can confirm that all customers now have a right to cancel in the first 5 days of the package being taken out and a full refund given. Ufindus now remind customer about their renewal not once or twice but 3 times before the renewal happens, well above and beyond what trading standards recommend. 
Ufindus aim to have a completely transparent set of terms and conditions for our customers so that they will have the confidence to know that their interests are being well catered for.
Ufindus will keep all our customers updated about future changes as and when they happen over the coming months.
