I have often posted on here about how UFindUs is continuing to make changes to how we operate to ensure that our service is second to none.
Part of these changes has involved reflecting on how best to deal with customers who have outstanding accounts. We have taken the decision to suspend the website of anyone with more than three months bills outstanding on their accounts. If this affects yourself in any way then once the account has been dealt with we will be able to republish the site quite quickly in order to get everything back on track again.
