Ufindus vs Orange Pages

I was somewhat saddened by the posting I read from "The Team" at the orange pages on their blog site. Mainly due to the fact that they are obviously still firmly focused on trying to do damage to the image of UFindUs at every opportunity. Having said that, it did make me smile to see how their obvious hate for UFindUs has spilt over into a "rant" (their words) that really shows them for who they are.

We make no excuse for the fact that:

UFindUs are a changing company.

UFindUs are investing heavily into the systems, personnel and software that will mean we can continue to improve our customer service levels.

UFindUs do have a genuine passion to help customers rectify any issues that they have.

UFindUs provide a first class, and successful service of which we are rightly proud.

I can appreciate that they wont want us posting on their site to promote our service over theirs, fair comment, but when the postings are blatantly not true it seems a little harsh to deny UFindUs the right of reply.

I would just like to point out that their last statement is wholly inaccurate. They say "our only concern is for the complainants who come to us under their own steam and without solicitation".

Maybe if that is the case and they areas good as their word they should stop getting their staff and associates to make postings which advise people the orange pages are the only people who can help them.
