It has been a few weeks now since the phones went live and the last piece of setting up our support centre here in Lancaster was completed.
Looking back on the figures I can report that we have gone from answering around 80% of all calls that came into us in the past to a staggering 98.5% of calls that are now answered in under 25 seconds which includes queue time as well. UFindUs are confident that this system is setting an industry leading standard which others will find hard to beat.
