I have just been stood in the staff room here at UFindUs head office and have overheard the conversation between two of my colleagues who are involved in the new Customer Support team. As I’m sure you will be aware if you have seen some of my previous postings we finally go fully live with the support function on 26th March.
The staff were literally bubbling with the excitement that on Monday morning they will be taking the first live calls. They were saying about how excited they were that they finally get to deal with live calls and that they know they will cope but the fact that the calls will be a bit of an unknown quantity is also adding to the general anticipation.
All the teams involved have an early start on Monday to make sure we set off without any hitches. I’m sure there will be the odd one or two but with the high levels of commitment form the staff any problems will be ironed out very quickly.
UFindUs can be proud of the staff working in all of the support functions for their dedication and commitment to make sure it gets off to a flying start.
