With Red Nose Day having just gone it is a time when we tend to focus on the more charitable side of life. Everyone at UFindUs is fortunate enough to be fit and able to lead normal lives but obviously not everyone is that fortunate.
Whilst we have entered into the charity spirit we have taken the decision to adopt a charity a little closer to home and one that certainly has great relevance to us at UFindUs. Our Technical Director, Stuart Forrest, has previously posted on his own personal site about his 6 year old daughter, Lily, who is quadriplegic. We have therefore chosen to help the local school she attends to raise funds that will benefit all the children who attend the same school. We are off to a flying start and today, our dress down day in the offices has raised over £800 and we will be continuing the fund raising with a family disco next month.
I look forward to keeping you updated on further progress as and when it happens.
