I have been an employee of Iomart / UFindUs for 4 years. With no previous sales experience and equipped with an irrelevant politics degree, I was given an opportunity as a telesales executive for which I thoroughly enjoyed. The training was vigorous but fully enjoyable. After being a team leader I was given the opportunity to join the training department to improve the quality of the calls and improve levels of professionalism as we expanded into multiple branches. I have seen the company grow now to 5 very successful branches and more importantly, I have witnessed the growth and success of the UFindUs directory first hand.

I am very proud of what we have achieved as a company and for the results we achieve for our customers and for what I have a achieved in the training department. Each sales person now receives regular quality and delivery training and we have also seen fantastic development from the team leaders, who themselves, provide excellent training and guidance to the sales staff. At 22 and very ambitious, I saw the advert wanting telesales staff and I can honestly say I didn't foresee a career in this sector. However, the growth I have experienced in our customer base, the improvement in our after care for clients and more importantly our ongoing plans for the directory gives me great confidence for the future.
