UFindUs Support Centre – Goes Live!

We had an early meeting yesterday morning just to make sure that all those involved were fully briefed and any last minute questions were answered.

We have been live with the phones for just over a day now and our new support centre is working perfectly. I’m sure that UFindUs customers will be able to see the benefits from the system that we have developed to make sure no one is hanging on the end of a phone as all calls will be answered straight away and a callback scheduled for the support team to call you back, with the customer always being kept informed of progress by text or email.
