It would seem that we are having problems with the "orange pages" getting round to posting a couple of replies relating to comments posted on their site recently. The information below is one of our responses that as yet remains unpublished by them.
"Further to your URGENT UPDATE posted on the 6th November I would like to advise that the terms and conditions do now appear on the sitemap to help add clarity should anyone have trouble finding them.
The main link for the terms and conditions that relate to Advertisers on UFindUs are to be found in the Advertisers area that is accessed via any of the three links on the Ufindus.com homepage. We have not needed to make any alterations to the location of this link as it has quite deliberately been set on its own to increase its visibility and ensure that it will not be lost amongst anything else which may more easily distract the eye. This link will be found in the main section of this page which promotes advertising with UFindUs.
Many thanks for raising this point which we have been happy to respond to."
I’m not sure if the T&C's are that hard to find at all as it only takes two clicks of a mouse to get you straight to them but the omission from the sitemap, once pointed out, has been very easy to rectify.

This is a rather late thank you to Graham Armstrong, accountability dept.of Ufindus.
I'm sorry this posting is late, but have been rather busy, paperwork and the like comes second, then there is a mad rush to keep up.
Last year I posted comments on the orange pages about the problems I had with Ufindus, they were fairly numerous, and my experience with the company was was not good to say the least.I had made numerous phone calls about the problems, but was getting nowhere fast, things were poorly explained to me,I believe I was paying too much than agreed and therefore wanted out.Soon after,I received a phone call from Graham Armstrong, and to be perfectly honest he began to sort things out,he sorted out the picture on my web page, and wordings etc.I also had problems regarding my areas,Graham got hold of the situation and gave it a good shake,he started to make things happen.Graham discussed the Ufindus service with me at length,he also offered to upgrade my account free of charge,I accepted his generous offer and his help, nervously at first, but soon found that he was as good as his word, and he did everything he said he would do.I gave him my assurance that I was happy for Ufindus to promote my company's business,I conclude that due to Grahams help, all problems were solved and I am happy with the upgraded account.
Many thanks,Peter Croft.Belstone Builders.
